Welcome to Lyback's Ice Fishing. Located on the south shore of Mille Lacs Lake.  We specialize in providing
warm and comfortable ice fishing houses you can rent by the day or
weekend. We are different from most of the ice fishing businesses around the
lake. We want to preserve ice fishing like it should be. We do not have a
bar and restaurant on shore, although we are 1 1/2 miles from Isle and
Wahkon which have numerous facilities. We want people to come out and fish
and enjoy it instead of having traffic at all hours of the night on the
roads. We try to keep things as quiet as possible for our customers. Our
houses are set up so you come up for the day, or overnight or even the
weekend, and be comfortable. We work hard to make sure everyone' stay is the
best it can be. We are constantly moving houses and fishing different spots
to to do our best to give our customers the best chance to catch fish. We
have been doing this for over 50 years. It started with my dad back in the
early fifty's and I have been at it for over 30 years since.I hope we can make your fishing experience a good one! Eddy Lyback
We usually enjoy very good early season Mille Lacs Lake Walleye action in shallow water and move out deeper as the season goes along. There is a fair amount of Northern Pike action and the Perch action continues sometimes well in to March. We also have a lakefront summer house for rent by the week. Interested in boating?
