Rates for Privately Owned Houses
Storage rates for privately owned houses for 2007-2008 season:
 
Up to 8 x 16'

$540.00
Up to 8 x  20' $565.00
Up to 10 x 16' $545.00
Up to 10 x 20' $590.00
Up to 10 x 24' $640.00

Rates include the following services:

1.

 We will pull houses on the lake when we decide it's safe (no houses will leave shore without current shelter license and proper identification). We will no longer be checking your gas before the house is pulled out. You will need to check your own gas and let us know if you need it filled before your house is pulled onto the lake. (We have had too many disputed tank fills prior to going out on lake)
 

2.

 We will NOT be plowing driveways on a regular basis.  This year because of gas prices, there will be a $5.00 charge for driveways when they are plowed. You will have to give 24 hours notice, at least, if you are coming to use your house, or there will be a $20.00 charge for the driveway when you arrive.  Last year we let alot of that slide, but this year, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS,  YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20.00 EXTRA IF THERE IS NOT A 24 HR NOTICE OF ARRIVAL!!!   If you plan on using your house during the week we need 24 hours notice to have your driveway plowed. If you ever have and doubts about the weather conditions on the lake, call before you drive up as it takes very little snowfall with any kind of wind to plug roads. Please understand we cannot predict the weather but we will do our very best with keeping the roads plowed. We will pull houses to shore at the end of the season and block them up in the Spring.
 

3.

 The seasonal fee includes access fees for two owners. All other users of the house must pay an $10.00 access fee per day, per vehicle at the office before going on the lake or owners will be billed on their accounts at our discretion.
 
    4. Rates for season without storage are available by request.  They are both weekly and for season.

Miscellaneous Charges:

LP Gas - 100 lb. filled on shore $57.50 + tax
LP Gas - 100 lb. delivered on lake $67.50 + tax
LP Gas - 60 lb. filled on shore $40.75 + tax
LP Gas - 40 lb. filled on shore $32.50 + tax
LP Gas - 20 lb. filled on shore $20.00 + tax
LP Gas - 10 lb. filled on shore $15 + tax
   
Hole Drilling (must have 24 hour notice) $7.00 per hole
Lighting Stove (must have 24 hour notice) $20.00 if just lighting stove; $10.00 if drilling holes
Banking - we push snow up/you bank $15
Banking - we push snow up/we bank $25
Blocking $30
All moves - if house is ready to go.
Ready to go means removing of banking and having loose from ice and up on blocks. We will pick up loose blocks when it has been made ready to move but owner will be responsible to remove sunken in or frozen in blocks.
Houses not ready to move		 $30





$40 per hour
Garbage - pay at office before using $2 per bag
Aluminum Can dumpster located on shore at no cost. Cans may NOT be left in plastic bags, boxes, etc. Cans are donated to the local Little League.

It is our policy that if you plan on working on your house during the off season times you need to call in advance.  NO ONE CAN DRIVE BACK IN STORAGE LOT WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING!!!    There has been too many of you just showing up and that will not be tolerated anymore. This policy must be adhered to for the protection of all our customers that store at our resort. NO ONE will be allowed in to the storage lot during the firearm deer season.
